The Foundation of My Work
How I came to this work…
I’ve been sober since 2015 after decades of trying to manage my relationship with alcohol quietly and independently. From the outside, my life often looked intact. Internally, it wasn’t working.
I explored traditional recovery spaces early on, but they didn’t fully resonate with me. What I needed was a deeper understanding of how alcohol functioned in my life — psychologically, emotionally, and behaviorally. I began integrating therapy and structured support in a way that felt aligned and sustainable.
That personal shift led me into formal education and professional training. I completed a certified program in Alcohol & Other Drug Studies and earned professional coaching certifications through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC), including credentials in both recovery coaching and professional coaching for individuals and corporate environments.
Since entering the field, I’ve supported women across national virtual recovery platforms, facilitated structured support groups, coached privately, and worked within a treatment setting guiding clients through treatment planning and post-treatment reintegration — supporting hundreds of women in both early and long-term sobriety.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of lived experience and professional practice. I understand the complexity of alcohol use from the inside — and I understand the structure required to support real, lasting change. That dual perspective shapes every client relationship.

How I approach coaching…
My work is collaborative. I’m not your therapist, and I’m not here to fix you. I’m your coach — someone who helps you think clearly, recognize patterns, and make decisions that move you forward.
We look at what’s driving the behavior, not just the behavior itself. Once that’s clear, we build support around it. Not inspiration or short bursts of motivation, but structure you can actually live inside of.
I will ask thoughtful, direct questions. I’ll encourage honesty. And I’ll be your biggest fan and loudest cheerleader along the way. When you’re showing up for yourself, I see it. When you’re stuck, we work through it together. My role is to support your growth while respecting your pace.
Change doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when insight turns into action and action becomes consistent.
That’s the work.
